Calder uses approved profile information to improve Mission relevance and matching. This does not permanently block you from broader Mission discovery.
Relevant signals can include your LinkedIn profile URL, languages, Based in country, Active in countries, and professional interests. A website is optional.
For the main Mission feed, your account must also be active, available for Missions, and onboarding-complete. Matching may use language, interests, and geography.
WhatsApp or other contact sharing is private by default and requires explicit consent.
